Services

Easy Dump Rentals provides driveway-safe dump trailer rentals for residential and light commercial cleanup projects within its service area. Equipment, availability, and pricing are described at the time of booking and may change without notice.

Booking, Payment, and Fees

• Rental fees, any required deposit, and the rental period are presented at the time of booking, and a booking is confirmed once payment is authorized.
• Payments are handled through a third-party payment processor, and accurate billing information must be provided.
• Additional charges may apply for overages, prohibited materials, extended rental time, blocked or failed pickups, or required cleanup, as described in these Terms or as quoted.

Rental Period

A rental covers the period agreed to at booking, including any applicable minimum rental period. Requests to keep the equipment longer should be directed to Easy Dump Rentals to arrange an extension. Use beyond the agreed period without approval may result in additional charges.

Delivery, Placement, and Access

The customer is responsible for providing a safe, legal, and accessible location for delivery and pickup, and for ensuring the placement area can support the equipment. Easy Dump Rentals is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, curbs, overhead obstructions, or other surfaces or property that may occur during normal delivery, placement, or pickup at the designated location. Obtaining any permit required for placement is the customer’s responsibility.

Acceptable Use and Prohibited Materials

Equipment may be used only for permitted, non-hazardous waste. The following materials are prohibited and must not be placed in the equipment:

• Hazardous, toxic, or contaminated materials
• Liquids, fuels, oils, or flammable materials
• Paint and solvents
• Tires
• Medical or biohazard waste
• Electronics and batteries
• Any item prohibited by applicable law or local regulation

If prohibited materials are found, the customer may be responsible for additional fees and for the lawful removal and disposal of those materials. Heavy materials and certain debris may require separate arrangements and should be discussed before loading.

Weight Limits and Overages

Each rental includes a set weight allowance. Weight that exceeds the included allowance, or loads that exceed the equipment’s fill line or safe capacity, may incur additional charges and may not be accepted for transport. Equipment must not be filled above the top rail.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Load only permitted materials, within the weight and fill limits.
• Keep the equipment accessible and free of obstructions for pickup.
• Use the equipment safely and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Remain responsible for the equipment and its contents while it is in the customer’s possession.

Cancellations and Refunds

Requests to cancel or reschedule should be submitted as early as possible. Cancellation and refund details, including any non-refundable amounts, are provided at the time of booking.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services and equipment are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Dump Rentals disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Easy Dump Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or equipment, and total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the rental giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Dump Rentals and its owners and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the customer’s use of the equipment, placement of materials, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected by a revised “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
